bh55 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bh55 platform. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and bh55.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bh55 platform ("Platform"). By using the bh55 website or services, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

"Platform" or "Site"

The website operated under the bh55.lat domain and all its sub-pages, mobile versions and related services.

"User" or "Player"

Any person who has registered with bh55 or is using the Platform.

"Account"

A personal user account created through registration, through which the player accesses the Platform's services.

"Bonus Funds"

Funds provided for promotional purposes that become withdrawable after meeting specific wagering requirements.

"Wagering Requirement"

The multiplier indicating how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. For the bh55 welcome bonus, this is 15 times (15x).

"Valid Bet"

Any bet or game round placed and completed in accordance with the Platform's rules.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account with bh55. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. bh55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately close any account identified as belonging to a minor.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, contact details — must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bh55 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.

Please Note: Registration is free and there are no hidden fees. You will automatically be considered for the welcome bonus after your first deposit.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. bh55 will not be held liable if you share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

An account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring or lending it to anyone else is completely prohibited. Betting on behalf of third parties through your account is also not permitted.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions on bh55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee may be applied to such accounts in accordance with the applicable policy.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
  • The use of bonus funds may be restricted on certain games.

4.2 VIP Program

bh55 has three VIP tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the player's activity and engagement. bh55 is the final authority on VIP tier assignments.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any deliberate betting strategy intended to exploit bonus benefits (such as hedging or placing opposing bets across multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on bh55 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited — the deposit account must be registered in the player's own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply per account.

5.3 Withdrawal Before Meeting Wagering Requirements

If a withdrawal is requested while bonus funds are still active and the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus funds will be forfeited. Only the remaining balance from the actual deposit will be withdrawable.

5.4 Suspicious Transactions

In accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, bh55 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, bh55 will make a decision based on the system logs.

6.2 Cancelled Events

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or does not take place, the stake for that bet will be returned to the account. If a server issue occurs during a gaming session, the calculation will be based on the last valid state.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

A limit on the maximum winnings from a single bet or single game session may apply. This limit will be set separately for specific games or events.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware fault causes a game to produce an abnormal result, bh55 reserves the right to void that bet. Winnings obtained by exploiting a bug will be cancelled.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bh55:

  • Any attempt to cheat or defraud the platform.
  • Betting using bots, scripts or automated software.
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the game software.
  • Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
  • Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Harassing or insulting other players.
  • Opening an account with a false identity or false information.
  • Deliberate betting for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits.
  • Attempting to wrongfully recover funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.

If any of the above activities are detected, bh55 reserves the right to immediately close the account, seize all funds and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Self-Set Limits

Players can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit and betting limits. These limits will be applied upon notification to the support team.

  • Being identified as a minor.
  • Legal reasons or instructions from authorities.

12.2 Closure by User

Any user may close their account at any time by notifying the support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Bonus funds will be forfeited if the bonus conditions have not been met.

12.3 Forfeited Funds

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms and conditions, bh55 may forfeit all funds — both real and bonus.
